My daughter loves her ballet class. As a treat to the parents, each class performs a Christmas Dance for us. She was so excited to show us how well she could "Jingle Bell Rock"! Like I was, she is quick to learn the routine and be on mark & cue. She still working on the do-not-think part of dancing, but she'll smile more and more as the years go on. This is only year number two.
When they showed off their jetés, sautés and classical walks, we noted that DLG kept herself in alignment-- head to neck to shoulders to back to hips to knees to feet. Ah, she is becoming a wonderful dancer! We are glad she enjoys it so!
